Dr. Bijesh Raj Ghimire is a highly respected medical oncologist with over a decade of experience in cancer treatment, research, and healthcare leadership. As the Co-founder and Medical Director of Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Center (NCHRC), he has been instrumental in shaping Nepal’s modern oncology care landscape.

Dr. Ghimire earned his MBBS from Bharati Vidyapeeth University (BVU), India, and pursued his MD in Medical Oncology from Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He further specialized with fellowships in Medical Oncology at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Center (RGCIRC), New Delhi, and the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Bethesda, USA.
